Some Like It Hot is a 1959 romantic comedy directed, produced and co-written by Billy Wilder, starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon.
The plot is about two Dixieland musicians, a saxophonist and a double bass player who dress up as women to escape the mafia gangsters they witnessed committing a crime. They join an all-female orchestra touring Florida.
