Ministry of External Affairs Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla said on First Quad Leaders’ Virtual Summit that Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized Quad is a partnership for global good. “Today's summit saw Quad leaders adopt a positive agenda and vision. Focusing on contemporary issues such as vaccine, climate change and emerging tech,” he said.
