The embattled Defence Minister Linda Reynolds has apologised to alleged rape victim Brittany Higgins for calling her a 'lying cow'. Ms Higgins, who says she was sexually assaulted in the Minister's office two years ago, has threatened legal action and engaged defamation lawyers.
