Attorney-General Christian porter has identified himself as the cabinet minister at the centre of a rape allegation dating back 30 years.

An emotional Mr Porter has strenuously rejected the claims... saying the incident did not happen. He's adamant he won't be stepping down... but will take a fortnight's stress leave.
