The Indian international was costliest Indian player in the 2018 edition of Indian Premier League with Rajasthan Royals splashing ₹11.5 crores in the auction, to get Unadkat’s signature. Unadkat celebrates his 28th birthday on October 18, 2019, and has so far represented India in One Test match and seven One-Day Internationals.
