The character Peketo this time is fighting is Konata Izumi from Lucky Star. I very little knowledge about Lucky Star in general, but whatever. I know now I've fought perhaps the least annoying character in a long time.
She has a well AI, even though I've heard it sometimes doesn't activate. Not bad, since it didn't do that here.
Don't get trapped in a corner against her, since she'll destroy you and just keep on doing it, at least until she grabs you and throws you to the other side. Block too much and she'll do the same, too.
She is also a humorious opponent, since she actaully imitates a Street Fighter character (the Super she did later in the video, while not being from Street Fighter, it's still EPIC WIN). She also have a SGS, which she'll spam if she have enough energy, but it doesn't dish out a OHKO, it takes away a lot of your life. It's also unblockable, and Peketo can't jump high enough to dodge it, so I basiclly had to be aware, even if Konata rushes you most of the time.
Besides that, she also have Hadoukens, Dragon Punches and Spinning Kicks. A bit of a different shotoclone, eh?
