Guy Faceplants on Concrete While Trying to Ride Scooter on Rail

This guy was out with his brother at a local skatepark in town. He came sliding on a scooter and jumped onto a rail. However, while riding on the uneven rail, he lost his balance. The guy ended up faceplanting on the concrete and hurt himself.
