The top executive of the Water and Sewerage Authority says any metering of the water supply to domestic customers must "have tariffs set at such a rate that persons are encouraged to conserve" water. He made the declaration during a virtual hearing of a Parliament committee looking into WASA's operations as it was pointed out not all of its customers get a water supply. Juhel Browne reports.
