This is my first attempt to bake chocolate moist cake and it came out pretty well. The kids really loved the soft sponge cake topped with moist chocolate.

Ingredients:
Chocolate frosting:
2 cups Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
2 tbsp All purpose flour
80g Butter
Chocolate Sponge Cake:
2 cups - All purpose flour
2/3 cup - Cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups - Sugar
1 tsp - Salt
3/4 tbsp - Baking powder
1 tsp - Baking soda
1 cup - Milk
1/2 cup - Vegetable oil
2 tsp - Vanilla extract /or essence
3 pcs - Egg
1 cup - Boiling water (for coffee)
2 tsp - Coffee

Bake at 347F /175C for 40mins
