Char kway teow is a popular noodle dish from Maritime Southeast Asia, notably in Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. In Hokkien, Char means “stir-fried” and kway teow refers to flat rice noodles. The dish is considered a national favourite in Malaysia.
