The mountain tops of the Finger 4 area on the northern bank of Pangong Lake that Chinese troops had occupied for months leading to a prolonged confrontation is finally being vacated as the disengagement between Indian and Chinese armies continues at a fast pace.
The bases that were set up for additional boats that China brought in during the peak of the faceoff are also being removed, officials said.
