The Prime Minister says regulations for a regulated arrangement where permits will be required for pepper spray will be before the Cabinet in the not too distant future.
He made the announcement in the Parliament on Friday, hours after Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi announced that the National Security Council has approved the use of pepper spray as a "device for safety."
