HBO Max to Launch Internationally in June .
The streaming service will be made available in 39 countries
and territories across Latin America and the Carribean.
It will follow the same process it utilized in the U.S. by phasing out the HBO Go app and replacing it with the HBO Max app.
Those who currently pay for HBO Go through WarnerMedia or other "eligible partners" will automatically convert to HBO Max.
The company also says it will transition its other
HBO services in Europe to HBO Max later this year.
In that area, it will focus on "the Nordics, Spain, Central Europe and Portugal" specifically. .
As far as the Latin America rollout, HBO Max says it will have more details about content, promos and more closer to launch
