China is a good partner of Latin America and the Caribbean, which can contribute to an increase in technology and resilience of networks of production and supplies, through the investment in infrastructure and added value to exports of the region, affirmed Ernesto Santibanez, Professor of Engineering at the University of Talca in Chile.
