A renewed call tonight for the government to consider legalizing the use of pepper spray as a means for women to protect themselves.
The call comes from Police Commissioner Gary Griffith responding to concerns raised by Princes Town MP Barry Padarath on Monday evening.
The pair were part of a TTPS community meeting at the New Grant Government school; reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was there.
