Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that the government proposal to the protesting farmers on the farm laws still stands. PM Narendra Modi also said Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar was just a phone call away for protesting farmers and the agriculture minister had conveyed the same to farmer leaders earlier this month.
