Sasikala, late Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa’s most trusted aide and expelled AIADMK leader, will be discharged from a Bengaluru hospital on Sunday where she was undergoing treatment for Covid-19 following her release from prison.
Sasikala was released from prison on Wednesday after she completed four years’ imprisonment in a jail in Bengaluru over a case of disproportionate assets. As Sasikala has been released, all eyes are on her next move- whether she will ally with AIADMK or go solo.
