President Ram Nath Kovind arrives at the Parliament for the joint session. He is welcomed by Rajya Sabha Chairperson M. Venkaiah Naidu, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He will address the two Houses as the Budget Session commences today.
