A Palo Seco woman is calling on the police commissioner to investigate claims that a police officer chopped her teenage son on his head.
The teen told reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that he was walking home when a group of officers called him over and began questioning him.
He says the situation escalated to one of the officers slashing him with a cutlass; his mother is now calling on Commissioner Griffith to answer why and how something like that could happen.
