The Prime Minister, in expressing his full confidence in the National Security Minister, said a document from the Chinese Government confirmed that 17 persons who were allowed to leave and re-enter the country had diplomatic immunity under an international convention that country belongs to.
He says the Opposition Leader's motion of no confidence was misdirected.
