The PDP has declared that the push for Tobago's autonomy began after the THA elections on Monday resulted in an six - six tie.
And even as recounts have been requested in three districts, the PDP says it should be forming the next Assembly and its deputy political leader Farley Augustine should be the next Chief Secretary.
