Protesting farmers reject Centre's proposal to shelve farm laws for 12-18 months

Farmer leaders spearheading the ongoing agitation have rejected the Centre's proposal to shelve the three new farm laws for a period of a year-and-a-half. The decision was announced by the Samyukt Kisan Morcha in a press statement on Thursday.
