सृष्टि का कर्ता कौन ?

Who runs the world? Does God make things happen?
In this video, Pujya Niruma clarifies that no God does anything, either good or bad. That is the common point laid out in each religion and scripture. God does not do anything and He does not make anything happen.
Then how does the world function? It is in its natural state, through its natural properties, that nature operates.
