A Thousand Cuts, Ramona Diaz's documentary that follows the Duterte government's assault on press freedom, will be airing on American television on Friday, January 8 (Saturday, January 9, Manila time).
The documentary will air on Frontline, the long-running investigative documentary program that airs on PBS.
The documentary premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020 and follows Rappler co-founder and CEO Maria Ressa, one of the "top targets" of President Rodrigo Duterte and his administration's attacks on the press.
