Restaurant Style Butter Chicken Recipe


Today i am sharing a delicious and easy recipe of Butter Chicken.It is basically prepared using chicken tikka, that are simmered in a tomato and cream based gravy with loads of butter. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this atty and share ur experience in comments.


Ingredients

For chicken Tikka:
Boneless chicken - 500g
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Yoghurt/curd - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Roasted kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Red food colour - 1/4 tsp
Oil/ butter - 4 tbsp for frying


For Makhani Masala:
Oil/butter - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green Cardamon - 4
Black cardamon - 1
Star anise - 1
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Black peppercone - 15
Onion - 3 sliced
Garlic - 15 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chillies - 5
Tomatoes - 5 chopped
Salt - 1 tsp

Cashewnut - 15
Melon seeds - 3 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup

For making Butter chicken gravy:
Butter - 4 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Green chilli - 4 chopped
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Makhani masala
Cashew and melon seed paste
Chicken tikka shredded
Water - 2 cups
Roasted Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Fresh cream - 4 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Fresh coriander leves - for garnish
