A retired banker who hails from Odisha, Jay Kishore Pradhan cracked the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and now enrolled as a MBBS first-year student. 64-year-old appeared for NEET exam, which does not have an upper age limit. With determination to achieve his goals, he secured good rank and qualified for Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR). Speaking to ANI, he said that he want to serve the needy after completion of the course. “I want to complete the course and serve the needy,” said Pradhan. Pradhan set an example by getting admission as a medical student at such age.
