It has become almost a pattern for me. Every year when yellow peaches are ripe, I make the exact same things as I did last year - canned yellow peaches, jam, and dried peaches... This year, I also picked out some soft ones and made yellow peach wine out of them. I tried this "vanilla & yellow peach & roasted ribs" recipe which I thought was gonna be a gruesome combination, but it turned out to be finger-licking delicious!
