'No future in cocoa' - small farmers in Ghana decry low prices amid spat with chocolate giants

Small cocoa farmers in Ghana, who still harvest and work the bean by hand, say there is no future for cocoa farming in the country "because of the price" -- which they believe is set too low for them to actually make a living.
