Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the India-Japan Samvad Conference and said the governments must keep “humanism” at the core of its policies. He also proposed setting up of a library in India dedicated to traditional Buddhist literature and scriptures, asserting that it would be a platform for research and dialogue.
