The Central Bureau of Investigation on Friday filed a chargesheet against four men accused of gangrape and murder of a 19-year-old Dalit woman in a village in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras district. Reacting to the CBI's chargesheet, the victim's brother said he "feel vindicated" and demanded strict action against the accused.
