Rincon Development Limited has today responded to media reports of claims by families that they are facing eviction at Christmas time from lands they have occupied for many years in Las Cuevas. The State enterprise's chairman said that the company is not providing leases for those lands to occupiers at exorbitant prices. The company says the matter is now set to go to court.
