A motorcade has been held in memory of Ashanti Riley. Her mother wants her to be remembered as "the ray of sunlight" that she says Ashanti brought to the family.
They also want to spark more awareness on the issue of violence against women and girls, and are hoping for swift justice for the teen who was so brutally murdered.
