Biden and Harris introduce Lloyd Austin as nominee for Defense Secretary

President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris introduce retired four-star General Lloyd J. Austin III as nominee to serve as the 28th United States Secretary of Defense, at an event in Wilmington, Delaware.
