Sheriff Donny Youngblood says deputies will not enforce stay-at-home orders

Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood released a video message Tuesday saying that, given the governor's latest regional stay-at-home order, KCSO will not be taking it upon themselves to enforce the orders.
