Restaurant Style Chicken Angara Recipe
Today I am sharing a delicious and simple recipe of Chicken Angara. The gravy is prepared with some selected spices, marinated with chicken and then smoked with charcoal. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
For Dry Masala powder:
Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Green Cardamon - 3
Black peppercone - 20 to 25
Dry red chilli - 6
For Masala paste:
Fried onion - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 3
Cashew - 6 to 8
Melon seeds - 2 tbsp
For marinating chicken:
Chicken - 1/2 kg with bone
Dry masala powder - prepared earlier
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red food colour - a pinch
Salt as per taste
Curd/ yoghurt - 1 cup
Dry Fenugreek leaves/ kasuri methi - 2 tbsp
Other ingredients:
Oil - 1/4 cup
Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Peppercone - 5 to 6
Onion - 1 large finely chopped
Coriander leaves - to garnish
