1. Prevent your knees, hips and spine
from becoming stiff by avoiding prolonged
periods of sitting down. .

30 minutes, to stop your joints from locking up. .

race in your neighborhood. .
Not only will it get your Thanksgiving Day
off to a good start, it’ll also help warm up
your joints and keep your blood flowing. .
3. Stop yourself from slouching on the couch
by stretching during TV commercials. .
