Belgium resorts to tough enforcement of COVID-19 rules

Belgium has one of the world's highest COVID-19 death rates. A sharp rise in new cases has forced the government to reimpose a partial lockdown, and as DW correspondent Teri Schultz reports from Brussels, the rules are being enforced rigorously.
