All domestic passengers flying to Mumbai from Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa will have to carry a Covid negative report, as per new guidelines issued by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The new guidelines were issued by the BMC on Monday as places across the country are witnessing a post-festival season spike in coronavirus cases, with Delhi being the worst hit. As per the latest guidelines on air travel to Maharashtra, all domestic passengers from Delhi, Gujarat, Goa and Rajasthan will have to mandatorily submit a negative RT-PCR test report before boarding their flight at the respective airports and then show it to the team at the arrival airport. The guidelines will come into effect from November 25. The RT-PCR test must be done within 72 hours of scheduled landing time in Maharashtra.
