Delhi in Covid grip, Arvind Kejriwal proposes curbs on markets, marriages

Amid a spurt in coronavirus cases in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the govt is planning to send a proposal to seal markets if there is a massive violation of Covid safety norms.
