Body of an 18-year-old girl found in Kathwaliya village of Kalwari informed Superintendent Police of Basti, Hemraj Meena on November 16. He said, “Post-mortem report states asphyxia due to strangulation as the cause of death and doesn't mention any external/internal injury. There's no clear evidence of rape in the post-mortem report. Further investigation is underway.
