Imagion Biosystems has developed a 6th way of imaging the human body. The FDA has designated it as a "Break through Status" allowing it a faster more streamlined approval process. More than 15 years in development, it is expected to begin a small "First in human" clinical study in Q4 2020. The core technology will be used to detect cancer non invasively, years sooner than what is now available without using any radiation. It also has the future ability to apply to other diseases. Imagion Biosystems also is working with other companies to non invasively neutralize cancer, that has all ready been detected, via nanoparticles by exposing them to radio frequency (RF) energy (which is harmless to the human body) that causes the destruction of cancer cell membranes - thus killing cancer cells, and only cancer cells, with no adverse effect on human tissue.
