Nepal Floods And Mudslides Kill Atleast 65, Thousands Displaced As Villages Go Under Water

Incessant rainfall has caused massive flooding in the Tarai region of Nepal as rivers have flooded their banks and dams have been breached. The death toll in floods and landslides in Nepal has risen to 65. Additionally, 38 people have been severely injured, with atleast 30 reported missing as entire villages have been inundated. The Bara district, Lalitpur, Bhojpur and Rautahat are the worst hit areas.
