Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Gaston Browne said that fugitive diamantaire Mehul Choksi is a crook. The Prime Minister said that the businessman will be extradited to India, saying that it was unfortunate that the Indian officials gave him clearance initially. Mehul Choksi is the key accused in the Rs 13,000 Crore Punjab National Bank Fraud.
