Longganisa Fried Rice is One of the Best Fried Rice of Some Filipinos For their Breakfast.
This Fried Rice is Made Skinless Longganisa, Mixed Vegetables, Onion, Garlic, Egg , Soy Sauce and Leftover Rice.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Leftover Rice
4 Pieces Longganisa Skinless
200 Grams Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Green Beans and Corn)
2 Pieces Egg
1/2- 1 Tablespoon Spring Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
Salt to Taste
Cooking Oil
Black pepper
