Afzal Mehmood Khan explained how his family went through a severe financial crisis and then he had no choice but to buy a rickshaw driver after his father died. He revealed how people mostly treat him as a lowly rickshaw driver and it makes him sad. Afzal had and still has many dreams buried in his heart and the fact that he cannot fulfill them devastates him.
