This guy proposed to his girlfriend through lottery tickets. He incorporated a proposal scratch off into his birthday tradition of scratching off lottery tickets. While the girlfriend was scratching columns, she came across "Will you marry me?" and became really emotional. The guy then got down on his knee and showed her the ring which she gladly accepted while their loved ones cheered for them.
