Storm warning signal No. 1 was raised over Catanduanes on Friday night as Typhoon “Rolly” further intensified to maximum sustained winds of 185 kilometers per hour (kph) while moving toward the country’s landmass, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
