A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Corporator Manoj Prajapati dumped sludge inside Raipur Municipal Corporation House on Tuesday, July 2. He, along with other BJP leaders protested alleging corporation is not working efficiently in his area. In return, Congress Corporators cleaned the house and raised slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
