A four-storey building has collapsed in South Mumbai’s Dongri area in the morning hours of July 16. Rescue operations are on with the National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) personnel on site. As per initial reports, twelve people may have died with atleast another 40 feared trapped in the rubble.
