The hearing for murder-accused Zane Kilian has been postponed at the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. Kilian is facing charges relating to the illegal tracking of well-known criminal lawyer William Booth. He also allegedly submitted fraudulent documents to the court. Kilian is currently the only suspect arrested for the murder of Anti-Gang Unit section head, Charl Kinnear, who was gunned down outside his house, last month. eNCA's Ayesha Ismail has the details.
